Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and optimization algorithms
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to solve complex computational problems using quantum advantage
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic computing) for product roadmap
- Present quantum computing breakthroughs at premier industry conferences and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and hardware integration
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and practical applications
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience securing quantum-resistant encryption protocols
