Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures supporting 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum error correction frameworks achieving 99.99% fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Architect secure quantum communication protocols for enterprise deployment
- Drive quantum algorithm optimization for real-world applications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles
- Publish research in top quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing hardware/software development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum research
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience leading complex technical projects in quantum domain
