Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures and algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, trapped ion)
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics and optimization
- Create technical documentation and performance benchmarks for quantum systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners on quantum standards
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks and cloud quantum platforms
- Published research in quantum algorithms or hardware integration
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Experience with quantum simulation tools and quantum circuit optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business solutions
- Certification in quantum computing from recognized institutions (e.g., IBM Q, Google Quantum AI)
