Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for large-scale quantum processors
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for commercial applications in cryptography and AI
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor architectures
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum computing integration into existing systems
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or ion trap technologies
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex systems theory
