Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for NISQ and fault-tolerant systems

- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise-scale deployments
- Research and implement novel quantum error correction techniques
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum standardization initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum circuit optimization and compilation
