Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence effects at scale
- Create roadmaps for quantum hardware-software co-design
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum system architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant designs
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in topological quantum computing concepts
- Proven track record of delivering scalable quantum solutions
