Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit entanglement and superposition principles

- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems and photonic interconnects
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation encryption standards
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and computational complexity
- Publish breakthrough research in IEEE Quantum journals and industry white papers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE implementations)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Qiskit)
