Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial and research applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing frameworks
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government stakeholders

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in designing quantum algorithms with demonstrated real-world implementations
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC codes)
