As a key member of our Advanced Research Division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors to architect quantum-resistant frameworks, optimize qubit coherence, and develop fault-tolerant architectures. You'll shape the quantum landscape while mentoring the next generation of quantum engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for post-2026 cybersecurity
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum materials and error-correction techniques
- Architect quantum machine learning pipelines for industrial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit fabrication and cryogenic systems
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
