Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures with >1000 qubit scalability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise applications in finance and healthcare
- Create quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.99% fidelity targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Drive roadmap for quantum cloud infrastructure deployment by 2026
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum supremacy validation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or IEEE quantum computing
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Quil, QX) and HPC environments
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or photonic systems
