Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Design error-correction protocols and quantum algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid system development
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-accelerated machine learning
- Develop roadmaps for quantum-secure cryptographic systems
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Secure patents for novel quantum architectures and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, etc.)
- Experience with quantum simulators and hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, etc.)
- Track record of leading quantum projects from concept to deployment
- Strong background in complex systems and parallel computing
