Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Secure patents for novel quantum hardware innovations
- Author strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption in enterprise environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or hardware prototypes
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals or IEEE Transactions
- Experience with cryogenic systems and microwave control electronics
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
