Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building quantum computing systems with error rates < 10^-9
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and compiler design

- Familiarity with D-Wave, IBM Quantum, and Rigetti platforms
