Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years architecting quantum systems with error rates < 0.001%
- Published research in Nature/Science/Physical Review X
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record securing government/industry R&D funding
- Experience with superconducting qubits and ion trap systems
- Deep understanding of quantum Shannon theory and quantum thermodynamics
