Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with product teams to develop quantum-as-a-service (QaaS) platforms
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and represent company at IEEE/ACM quantum conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our Quantum Talent Development Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science (Master's with 8+ years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and circuit design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting qubits, ion traps)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum information science or related field
