Responsibilities
- Design quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and scalability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for practical industrial use cases
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives with R&D partners
- Create 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with quantum maturity curves
- Mentor quantum engineers and foster innovation through hackathons
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithms
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
