Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for enterprise clients
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for cryptographic applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-compliant quantum protocols
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world scalability
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards
- Research emerging quantum hardware and software innovations
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced programming techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design and implementation
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Published research in quantum cryptography or information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
