Responsibilities
- Design and deploy quantum annealing systems with >1000 qubit coherence

- Optimize quantum error correction codes for fault-tolerant operations
- Create hybrid cloud quantum computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum hardware testing and validation protocols
- Document quantum system architectures in IEEE standards
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Published research in quantum error correction or hardware optimization
