- Secure $5M+ in government and industry research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize quantum innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proven grant-writing and research funding success
- Strong background in quantum information theory
- Leadership experience managing technical research teams
