Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptographic applications and optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors using superconducting qubits
- Partner with MIT and Caltech on quantum AI integration for predictive modeling
- Develop quantum-safe encryption protocols compliant with NIST 2026 standards
- Secure $2M+ in research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish in Nature Quantum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's implementations)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Familiarity with quantum machine learning architectures
- Security clearance eligibility for DoD projects
