Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography and optimization challenges
- Manage a team of 12 quantum physicists and software engineers
- Partner with NASA, IBM, and MIT on 2026 quantum readiness initiatives
- Develop error-correction protocols for practical quantum applications
- Secure $10M+ in government and industry research grants
- Present findings at Davos, IEEE Quantum Week, and Nature symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 8+ years research
- Published 15+ papers in Nature/Science on quantum decoherence
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record securing $5M+ in quantum research funding
- Experience leading teams with cryogenic quantum systems
