Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier venues
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with $1M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction methodologies
