- Establish industry partnerships with quantum cloud providers
- Mentor postdoctoral candidates in quantum information science

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in quantum algorithm development or hardware engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research funding
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams of 10+
