Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients

- Present breakthrough findings at global symposums including IEEE Quantum Week 2026
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget across quantum hardware and software divisions
- Mentor next-gen quantum engineers through Nexus Labs' fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum coherence or entanglement
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical optimization frameworks
- Track record of securing $1M+ in quantum computing grants or venture funding
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers in high-pressure R&D environments
