- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum principles and applications
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theory into prototype implementations
