Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems

- Lead research publications in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Physical Review X)
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional innovation teams
- Secure $1M+ in government/private research grants for 2026 initiatives
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Davos Tech Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in linear algebra, complex analysis, and computational complexity
- Proficiency with high-performance computing environments (HPC clusters, GPU optimization)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental prototypes
- Security clearance eligibility or willingness to obtain DoD clearance
