Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Secure external funding through government grants and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-functional innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages
- Published record in quantum information science or related fields
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex analysis
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex concepts for diverse technical audiences
