Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop quantum error correction techniques to achieve fault-tolerant systems

- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects bridging quantum theory and practical applications
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our patent portfolio
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and information theory
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
