Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system architecture

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum machine learning
