Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Develop error mitigation protocols for NISQ-era quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum architectures
- Lead research publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Translate theoretical concepts into practical industry applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Published research in quantum information science or quantum algorithms
- Strong proficiency in Python, linear algebra, and statistical modeling
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM, AWS Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to work in interdisciplinary R&D environments
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
