Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Lead experiments on fault-tolerant quantum processors and hybrid quantum-classical systems

- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration in machine learning pipelines
- Publish research in Nature/Science and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $5M+ in government and industry grants for quantum computing initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers and drive open-source quantum software development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Experience securing NSF/DARPA quantum computing grants
