Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Develop quantum error correction techniques to enhance system stability
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate theoretical models into functional quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated track record of published quantum research or open-source contributions
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware interfaces preferred
