Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field with 3+ years postdoctoral research
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing research
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research grants or industry funding
