Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with 20+ citations
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published work in Nature/Science or IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering
- Deep understanding of topological qubits and quantum annealing systems
