Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning problems
- Lead research on quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise security
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural network architectures
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum gate operations
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers and secure NSF/NIH grant funding

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
