Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop scalable quantum hardware prototypes

- Secure $5M+ in government and private research funding
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on next-gen space computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science from Tier 1 institution
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or ion trap systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
