Responsibilities

- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals with 2+ publications/year
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Secure $500K+ in annual R&D funding through federal grants and corporate partnerships
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory and computational complexity
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Demonstrated success in securing government or corporate research grants
- Experience with superconducting qubits or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
