Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Design and execute quantum circuit simulations using advanced frameworks like Qiskit and Cirq
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate quantum computing solutions
- Author high-impact research papers and present findings at international conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum theory with practical implementation
- Identify emerging quantum technologies and assess commercial viability
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (QASM, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and algorithm design
- Strong Python/C++ programming and high-performance computing skills
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
