Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation applications
- Design and implement error correction protocols for scalable quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for practical industry applications
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of quantum computing research with published papers in top-tier journals
