Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research in quantum computing
- Expertise in at least one classical programming language (Python/C++) and high-performance computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical analysis
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical implementations
