Responsibilities

- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum error correction methodologies
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Develop patentable quantum machine learning frameworks for industrial partners
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NSF research grants for quantum supremacy initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and gate-level circuit design
- Published peer-reviewed research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Proficiency with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
