Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages and classical Python/C++ integration
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
