Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Publish 2-3 peer-reviewed papers annually in top quantum computing journals
- Develop error-correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum software-hardware integration
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quipper)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum cryptography
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Deep understanding of Shor's algorithm and quantum key distribution protocols
