Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for next-gen cryptography systems
- Design error-corrected qubit architectures for scalable quantum processors

- Secure patents for novel quantum communication protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum computing experience with superconducting qubits
- Published research in Nature/Science or IEEE Quantum journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing experience
- Track record of translating theoretical models to practical implementations
