Responsibilities

- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures with <1ms latency
- Lead implementation of quantum-encrypted communication protocols
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Optimize quantum resource allocation across distributed computing grids
- Establish compliance frameworks for quantum security standards (NIST 2.0)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum integration methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
