Your Impact

Our cross-disciplinary teams collaborate in state-of-the-art labs where theoretical physics meets real-world deployment, creating solutions for pharmaceutical discovery, climate modeling, and financial optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for scalable qubit arrays
- Develop cryogenic control systems operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Architect hybrid cloud-quantum computing platforms with sub-100Ξs latency
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery and materials science
- Lead integration of photonic interconnects for quantum network expansion
- Create fault-tolerant quantum memory systems with >99.9% fidelity
- Develop quantum-safe encryption protocols for 2026 security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years implementing quantum control systems or cryogenic engineering
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in low-level programming (Rust, C++) for quantum hardware
- Experience with superconducting qubit fabrication and characterization
