Responsibilities
- Design and deploy quantum-entangled communication networks with <99.9% fidelity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Implement real-time error correction protocols in quantum systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for cryptographic security and machine learning acceleration
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate quantum processors with neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing 2026-ready infrastructure blueprints
- Document quantum system protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system maintenance and calibration
- Demonstrated success in scaling quantum systems to 100+ qubits
- Published research in quantum networking or quantum machine learning
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Ability to obtain Q clearance (US citizenship required)
