Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Architect quantum-resistant security protocols for next-gen data infrastructure
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving in logistics, finance, and materials science
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for drug discovery and climate modeling
- Create quantum network protocols enabling secure global quantum communication
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Proven track record developing production-level quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks and hybrid systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages and simulation platforms
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in cybersecurity and post-quantum cryptography standards
