Responsibilities
- Design and conduct neuro-UX studies using advanced EEG/fNIRS technology
- Develop cognitive frameworks for AI-human collaboration interfaces
- Create predictive user behavior models for quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional sprints with AI engineers and neuroscientists
- Document findings in proprietary neural interaction protocols
- Present insights to C-suite and R&D partners quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Psychology, Neuroscience, or HCI (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years with neural interface research (EEG/MEG/fNIRS)
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum UX/AI collaboration projects
- Expertise in Python/R for neurodata analysis
- Published research in ACM CHI or similar venues
- Experience with VR/AR/MR cognitive testing environments
- Security clearance for neurodata handling preferred
