Responsibilities
- Support daily operations through administrative tasks and data entry
- Assist with marketing campaigns and social media content creation
- Participate in cross-departmental projects and team meetings
- Conduct market research and compile competitive analysis reports
- Learn and utilize CRM software and office productivity tools
- Help organize community events and outreach initiatives
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Sacramento-area college/university (any major)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Self-starter with proactive problem-solving approach
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for 20 hours/week during Summer/Fall semester
- Local Sacramento residency preferred
